To experience a gentle and enjoyable cleansing, shake to  blend your smoothie.  Then  apply a small amount to hands, a wash cloth or a loofah. Gently massage all over your body. Rinse completely once entire body is lathered. A wash cloth or loofah is  highly recommend to exfoliate and cleanse at the same time. Always moisturize after using the body wash to seal in moisture for extra soft skin. For external use only.
