Refund Policy

If you have made a purchase from the GoodStore and are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to process a refund or allow an exchange. All refunds and exchanges will be honored based on the following:

Refunds
Refunds are offered within 14 days of the date of purchase. Products must be unused and in the same condition it was received, including the original packaging.  Please contact us at goodstore@goodspire.com to notify us that you will be sending the item(s) back. You will receive an email that will include the return address.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you if the refund has been approved.

Once approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If the refund has not credited to your account within 10 days, please contact your bank or credit card company.
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at goodstore@goodspire.com.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you are exchanging for the same item or an item of equal or lesser value, please send an email to goodstore@goodspire.com and we will email you the address to send your product.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to purchaser, the purchaser will receive a credit for the value of the return in the form of gift certificate.

If the gift is being returned by the recipient, proof of purchase is needed and it can only be exchanged for equal or lesser value.

Shipping

Shipping charges may vary and are non-refundable.

Delivery times may vary for exchanged items based on the delivery address.

Items over $50 should be insured and tracked.
